Danny This slab of wood was from the same tree as the black holly table. With it being so old and dry we needed to take great care with the wood. The customer wanted us to replicate the starry night table so once again we used the midnight blue resin tint and gold flecks for stars.
This time we let the blue pour go hard so when we poured the clear on top the gold specs flowed slightly to create the time lapse effect on the stars. This was then finished with box legs and resin coating to seal and preserve the wood.
